Who bills me?
Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), depending on your phone. You buy Pro in the app; your store handles payment, receipts, tax and currency.
What happens when I pass 100 miles on the free plan?
Nothing is lost. Every drive is still recorded; drives past 100 miles in a month are locked until you go Pro, and they unlock all at once when you do. The cap resets each month.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, in your phone's subscription settings. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Your classified drives and reports stay yours.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for store purchases are decided by Apple or Google. Our support page has the exact steps for each store.
How do extra drivers work?
The owner adds driver seats ($6/month or $57.60/year each) and invites people with a link. Drivers never pay. Store price points may round slightly by country.
Is Backmiles really free?
Yes. The free plan logs every drive and includes your first 100 miles each month, with swipe sorting and reports. Drives past 100 miles are still recorded and kept; they unlock the moment you go Pro. No card needed to start.
